In these terms and conditions references to "We/our/us" are to Fin.
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders for the purchase of goods and services from the Fin Web Site. The goods and services advertised here are sold to you in the course of
business by Fin.
1. When you place an order we will only accept the a completed online order form or a completed printed order form sent to our PO Box. This does not constitute our agreement to sell to you the goods or services you have ordered. We reserve the right to decline or cancel your order at any time before and without charging your card/debiting your account or cashing your Check/Bankers Draft/International Money Order. It may not be possible for us to inform you that we have declined your order but you can check with us using e-mail, the e-mail address is available on the site.
2. No agreement for the sale of those goods and services shall be considered completed until we have accepted your offer to purchase them. The only way in which we will be deemed to have accepted your offer to purchase such goods and services is by
processing your credit/debit card, where this service is available, in order to charge your card or debit your account or Check/Bankers Draft/International Money Order made payable to Fin.
4. The orders for goods and services available for purchase from our web site are subject to availability. We
reserve the right to withdraw at any time any goods advertised for sale in the Fin web site. It is not always possible for us to inform you at the time you place your order whether the goods you
want are still available for purchase.
5. The prices quoted on the Fin web site may vary from time to time and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that the information is current it may be that between receiving your order and us accepting it the price changes. In that event we will endeavour to contact you to see if you still wish us to process your order at the revised price. Alternatively, in our discretion we
shall have the right not to accept your order but to cancel it.
6. A charge will not be applied to your credit card nor shall we debit from your account via a debit card until all the goods or services you have been ordered are ready for dispatch/supply. Fin does not supply goods on a ‘trial’ basis.
7. Once we charge your card/debit to your account or cashed your Check/Bankers Draft/International Money Order we shall be taken to have accepted your order.
8. Once we have accepted your order, please allow 28 days for delivery after you have received conformation from us via E-mail . You should note that we are unable to handle queries as to the status of their delivery to you as the carriage of the goods is not handled by us. However, if your goods fail to arrive within 28 days of our accepting your order you should contact us using either our e-mail address or our PO Box address available from the web site.
9. If for any reason, having accepted your order by charging your card/debiting your account or cashing your Check/Bankers Draft/International Money Order, we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you accordingly and arrange for a full refund of the purchase price of the goods/services we were unable to supply to be given to you. You agree that our total liability and your remedies in such a case will be limited to payment of that refund. No interest shall in any event be payable on any amounts owing or repaid.
10. If your goods arrive in a faulty or damaged condition then we will arrange for a replacement of the damaged/faulty goods to be sent to you free of charge (subject to the other terms of this agreement) but only if you comply with the following conditions:
(I) the goods complained of must be already paid for;
(ii) you must inform us by e-mail only of your complaint within seven days of your receipt of the damaged goods;
(iii) you must return the goods complained of to reach us within 21 days of the date of receipt by you;
(iv) we must be satisfied that the goods were faulty when dispatched or damaged in transit;
(v) the post and packaging costs of returning the goods to us must be prepaid by you.
11. We shall have no obligations or liabilities of any kind in respect of any goods purchased from the Fin web site which are returned for any other reason. In respect of such goods we shall
have the right in our absolute discretion to:
(I) refuse to accept them as a return in which case they shall be returned to you at your cost; or
(ii) replace them on condition that you first pay for any difference in value if the replacement goods are more expensive for any reason and in any event pay the cost of postage and packaging in respect of the returned goods; or
(iii) give you a full refund (subject to the other terms and conditions of this agreement).
12. In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase you must let us know by e-mail within 10 days of receipt of your goods. Complaints in any other form or after that time may not be responded to.
13. If for any reason the full post and packaging cost of returning the goods is not prepaid by you we shall have the right in our discretion to
(I) return the package to you at your cost without paying any postage and packaging (which shall be your responsibility); or
(ii) when returning or replacing the goods to recover from you the unpaid cost of postage and packaging (and if permitted charge your card or debit your account accordingly); or
(iii) send to you a cheque in full refund of the price paid by you for the returned goods less the cost of return postage and packaging that you failed to pay.
14. We make no representations or warranties as to the quality or fitness of the goods and services supplied and hereby excludes all such implied terms, representations and warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
15. We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this web site. To the extent permitted by applicable law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the material on this web site.16. We hereby exclude to the fullest extent permitted by law any and all liability for any and all loss and damage including consequential loss, economic loss, and loss of profits regardless of whether such losses are foreseeable and whether or not caused by its negligence save that nothing in this agreement shall limit the liabilities of Fin for loss or damage caused by death or personal injury caused Fin or for acts of fraud committed by Fin.
17. We expressly exclude all civil (but not criminal) liability in respect of incorrect pricing and labeling to the fullest extent permitted by law.
18. We shall not be liable for any loss suffered or incurred by you as a result of the failure or inability to perform or delay in performing under this agreement by reason of an act of God, fire, flood, strike, lockout or other industrial dispute, explosion, sabotage, war, riot, civil commotion, postal delay, communication failure, law, order or regulation or any other unexpected or exceptional cause or circumstance beyond our control.19. The invalidity or unenforceability for any reason of any part of this agreement will not prejudice or affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder.20. All contracts for the sale of goods or services by Fin from the Fin web site shall be exclusively subject to, governed by, construed and interpreted in accordance with English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of them and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them.21. You may only place an order for goods or services if you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions then you must not place any order. By placing an order you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions as governing your order.

All References below to 'We/our/us' are to Fin.It is important for you to read these terms and conditions governing your use of this site and its contents before proceeding any further. By proceeding beyond this page you accept these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
1. The Liquid Audio and Mail Order service are available subject to other terms and conditions which you should read and accept before using the service available there.

Expect for the purposes of transient storage in RAM for the purpose of viewing our site no protected works, including literary, artistic and musical works, sound recordings or films, may be copied from this site.
6. If you wish to link to the Fin site and want to use a Fin mark as an icon please contact us via E-mail . You may not use the Fin name trade mark , logo or any other protected or link to the Fin site without written consent from us.7.
